Upon completion of the 12 month period, you may cancel the agreement at any time with a 30 day written notice. There is also a $49 yearly maintenance fee, which helps us ensure that our gym remains the cleanest, most up-to-date facility possible.

Your down payment will total $122.58 which includes:

• $99 activation fee

• $5 key fob to allow 24-hour access

• First bi-weekly payment of $19.99
