Kallie is a NASM certified Personal Trainer. Her goal is to empower people with proper knowledge and skills, to help people come to realize how much the body is capable of and to help guide them on their journey to becoming their best self; physically and mentally strong! She is a wife and mother of three. She grew up in Orange County, California, and later moved to Layton, Utah. Kallie enjoys exercising, laughing, date night, a new outfit, spending time with family, good movies, messy buns, and pedicures.
She can help you learn how to change your eating habits to properly fuel the body. Looking good and feeling good go hand in hand. Proper nutrition is a lifestyle, not an attempt at a diet. She can help you take the guesswork out of finding the balance and fine-tune it to your goals.
Kallie believes everyone is a fighter and will win life’s battles with consistency and courage! Exercise and proper nutrition can help you deal with everyday stresses of life. Motivation in the gym boosts motivation outside of the gym. She will help you to show up, sweat, then tackle the day. Everyone starts somewhere. If it doesn’t challenge you it won’t change you.
